Calculation is of one of the basic elements of accounting method and scientifically sound method of calculating the cost of production. In agricultural organizations calculation is used for: establishing the level of break-even price; control production costs; calculating the efficiency of the designed and conducted technological, zootechnical, organizational measures for the development of industrial activities; determining the production profitability. This article examines the issues of horse breeding production cost calculation.

Increase of productivity, the quality of tubers are more dependent on optimal doses of fertilizers, applied to a particular variety and agricultural and ecological conditions of the region. The influence of the calculated doses of fertilizers on productivity, total solids content and quality parameters of Asteriks potato variety was determined.

«Plant protection means complex application influence on spring wheat yielding capacity and grain quality»
Consecutive application of phytosanitary products, biologicals, plant growth regulators and fertilizers increases the economic efficiency of spring wheat cultivation and receiving grain with good quality, agreeable to the standards of milling industry. Mineral fertilizers calculated doses application and integrated plant protection according to the scheme “Dianat + Granstar + Puma Super 100 + Polifid + Zircon + Impakt + Akkord” increased the productivity to 2.26 tons per hectare, the content of nitrogen in the grain to 0,16%, the content of protein to 0,75%, and vitreousness to 11,8%. The profitability of production was 69,4%, against 14,9% in the control group.

Pathology of cows reproductive system causes huge economic damage. The major etiological factor of a postnatal endometritis is conditionally pathogenic microflora. It causes an inflammation of uterus cover. It is known that the microflora possesses properties to develop resistance to used antibiotics. In vitro experiments we studied various solutions of the preparation lozeval registered by the Rosselkhoznadzor, the Russian Federation, registration certificate No. 02-3-2,0-0240 of 24.02.11.

The issues of pharmacocorrection of mineral and vitamin metabolism pathology on the background of secondary immunodeficiency states in calves with the use of bentonite clays in the integrated circuit has been considered. The hematological and biochemical studies data in calves before and after complex pharmacocorrection are shown, the therapeutic effectiveness of the proposed scheme is confirmed.

A t-shaped cannula from an inert material titanium was placed in the fistula of young pigs ileum. The advantage of titanium cannula over analogues plastic, stainless steel, polymers consists in providing long-term fixing it into the fistula. The actual digestibility of amino acids of different forage resources at the end of the small intestine of pigs was assessed. Digestibility is expressed as a percentage of amino acids in feed minus endogenous amino acids in the body.

We studied the influence of the of immunoglobulins concentration in serum on the incidence of calves dyspepsia depending on the time of the first portion of colostrum.
