Development of world economics puts serious problems in the field of product quality improvement. This prob-lem obtains a special urgency in the conditions of Russia’s introduction into the World Trading Organization. «Thermal castration – a promising method of initial material development»
The application of wheat thermal castration method allows increasing the work output and the quantity of hybrid seeds to form the large sized populations. This method is also promising in interspecific hybridization within the Triticum genus. For reliable examination of hybridity of the obtained seeds it is necessary for the castrated plant to possess the clear recessive trait, and the plant-pollinator must have the dominant one.

The problem of disposal of treated wastewater of tinned food factories on arable irrigated lands was considered. For the conditions of the steppe zone of Krasnodar Territory the crop rotation and irrigation norm of crops on arable irrigated lands were justified. There was calculated the balance of humus and nutrients in the soil after irrigation with treated wastewater.

«Analysis of the population structure of closely related species of the genus achillea l. of lagonaki plateau (northwest caucasus)»
The status of the natural cenopopulation of yarrow (Achillea L.) species depends on the extent to which the genotype of plants conforms to its growing conditions. Morphological differences of yarrow growing in different phytocenoses of Lagonaki plateau are determined genetically and the results of variance, cluster and discriminant analyses confirm that. Plant raw materials of Achillea L. species are used in the pharmaceutical industry, veterinary medicine, ethnomedicine, they are also exported. Plant raw materials are used as biological additives to increase lactation in dairy production, essential oil of various species of Achillea L. is used in the food industry and perfume manufacturing, soap making, production of plant protection products against pests and diseases. The selection of promising ecotypes of the genus Achillea for introducing them into crop production and breeding of new varieties has been implemented.

«Wheat yellow leaf spot and a predecessor’s impact on its development»
This paper analyzes the comparative analysis of influence of a predecessor on development of winter wheat cultivars being on the state test and grown on different sites. Crop investigation showed that the least favorable predecessor, as it has been expected, is wheat. All other predecessors, due to the lower content of primary infection in the soil, have a more beneficial effect on crops and seriously reduce the lesion of all cultivars.

«Features of artificial reproduction of medicinal leech (hirudo medicinalis l.) in different variants of female keeping»
The article presents the results of an experiment to clarify the dependence of fertility of the medicinal leech fe-males from their weight category and density of seating. In the experiment on a material of 815 leeches there were studied the terms of formation of bands at medicinal leech females, there was set the optimal weight and the number of female leeches in mating and cocooning. Based on the findings there were made the recommendations for optimization of medicinal leech artificial breeding process.

«Influence of water temperature on intake of radionuclides in plants at watering of sowings by means of overhead irrigation»
In experiments on the territory of All-Russian Research Institute of Biological Plant Protection, in the field there was determined that immediately after irrigation of tomato sowings with warm water solution the vegetative mass contained radionuclides 134Cs and 238U more than with irrigation water with natural temperature. Later, during the growing season, there is a significant reduction of their content in a vegetative mass. When watering with warm water containing radionuclides in samples of tomatoes, 134Cs and 238U accumulated more than at watering with natural temperature. As follows, during the growing season, there is a significant reduction of their content of tomatoes as well.

«Ways of increase of diet productivity with the help of fodder additives»
Within a few years there were carried out some researches on study of the efficiency as separate and as joint use of probiotic preparation "Sporotermin" and feed additive with sorption properties "Kovelos-Sorb" in diets of farm animals. It has been found experimentally that feeding of studied fodder additives has a positive effect on the growth rate of young animals, the survival rate and growth performance of animals.

There were conducted the trials of efficiency of combined disinfected means Virosheld showing a range of advantages before traditionally applied formaldehyde. This preparation possesses the wide range of action in relation to G- and G+ bacteria, viruses, fungi. The analysis of bacteriological researches conducted after treatment by disinfectants showed that in washouts of pathogenic microorganisms including salmonellae were not discharged.

«Changes of morphological structures and hormonal background of thyroid gland with hypothyroidism and its correction»
There were described the morphological changes occurring with the structures of the thyroid gland at hypothy-roidism, simulated by the preparation "Merkazolil." The level of thyroid hormones and thyreotropic hormone at hypothyroidism was investigated. The iodine-polymeric preparation "Yodovet", which contributed to the recon-struction of the morphological structures of gland, the level of thyroxine, triiodothyronine, and thyroid-stimulating hormone were used for for the correction of hypothyroidism.

The article describes the steps for the organization of arrangements at suspicion and origin of African swine fever in Krasnodar Territory. In this article there were presented the results of the epidemiological investigation of PC AF "Caucasus" STF number 5 in Tbilisskiy district of Krasnodar Territory, there were found the violations of veterinary and sanitary requirements of the compliance work in the enterprise of "closed" type on the part of professionals and adminis-trative services, which contributed to the emergence and spread of ASF in a farm.

«Swine ascaridiasis: epizootological features, diagnostics»
There were presented data on epizootological features of swine ascaridiasis in Krasnodar Territory and results of approbation in production conditions of a new method of lifetime diagnosis of the disease. Enzyme immunoassay method of diagnostics of swine ascaridiasis possesses a high sensitivity and allows on 21% more to identify positive samples in comparison with the method of Fyulleborn.

«Effective plasticizer of cementation solutions»
For quality cementation of oil and gas wells, sedimentation stable cementation solutions with high mobility and isolating ability are necessary. The hardening of such solutions must be accompanied by unshrinkable cement stone formation. There was developed the formula of cementation solution with high mobility and sedimentation stability. There was shown that application of molasses allows to obtain high movable cementation solutions with decreased В/С hardening with formation of solid unshrinkable stone with high adhesion to metal.

There was considered the problem of full and rational use of milk whey. The main attention was paid to mem-brane filtration. There were considered the methods of membrane separation of whey such as reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration. There were offered the receipts of processes cheeses with the use of whey processed with baromembrane methods (NF и ОО) and electrodialysis (ED).
