«Special tax regimes application for small businesses: preferential conditions or intentional minimization and tax evasion»
The article examines the use of special tax regimes at the present stage, as well as their legal settlement. Particular attention is paid to the problem of determining of such a category of taxpayers as a "small business", for which the legislator initially expected introduction of special tax regimes. The study examined the conceptual apparatus of small business in accordance with the current legislation. The problems raised by the author are based on currently existing gaps in legislation relating restrictions on the level of return for the use of such regimes as a simplified tax system and the patent system and the simultaneous absence of such restrictions for a single agricultural tax and the unified tax on imputed income that puts taxpayers in an unequal position and allows unfair taxpayers to use it as taxes minimization.

«Prospects of physiologically active substances usage for the optimization of horticultural plants generative activity in the beginning of vegetation»
The research objective was selection of physiologically active substances, providing increase of economic productivity of several apple-tree, plump-tree and peach-tree varieties in various weather conditions throughout the years including under the action of spring frosts. Field experiments have been conducted in Krasnodar Territory in 2011-2013. The varieties of apple-tree variety Golden Delishes, plump-tree – Stenley, peach-tree – Red Heaven were under investigation. In experimental plantations during “mouse-ear” phase foliar treatments with different substances have been used: boric acid (in concentration of 0,03%), proline amino acid (in concentration of 0,001%) and new on the Russian market preparation «Thiofer» (in concentration of 0,5%). Control is water treatment of plants. Experiments’ frequency is six-fold. During the “divergence of petals – initial blossom” phase the plants’ offshoot with inflorescences have been cut off and refrigerated for 3 hours in growth chamber «Binder» under the temperature of -2,5±0,2 С. In the process of plump-tree and peach-tree treatment with «Thiofer» solution retarding of blossoming up to 6 days is noted. Displacement of this phonological phase commencement to the later periods will allow avoidance of drupaceous crops reproductive sphere damages caused by spring frosts. At the same time the usage of boric acid and proline provides considerable increase (in comparison with control) of pollen viability especially expressed (two times) in short-term temperature decrease. In this connection against a background of natural frosts increase of effectiveness of apple-tree and plump-tree fertilization has been settled. The use of «Thiofer» preparation does have significant influence on viability of flower organs under refrigeration. In accordance with results of experiments the use of boric acid, proline and «Thiofer» preparation irrespective of influence mechanism on plants fruiting provides reduction of fruit drops and eventually – increase in productivity of both pome fruit crops and drupaceous crops by 9-17%, including the years with spring frosts demonstration.

«Boracic acid influence on generative activity of sweet cherry varieties»
The exploitability of application of autumn and spring treatment by boracic acid for activation of differentiation process of generative buds and fertilization of potentially high-productive and average-frost-resistant variety of sweet cherry Frantsis is proved in different years by temperature conditions. Similar effect in plants of frost-resistant but less productive sweet cherry variety Caucasian is not revealed.

Materials provided in article characterize the peculiarities of domestic and foreign selection sunflower hybrids productivity formation in dependence on soil climatic conditions in the area of cultivation and plant density in sowing. It is established that the adaptive capacity of diverse hybrids - Jupiter, Pomar, S-207 manifested differently when grown in different soil-climatic zones: Northern, Central (Krasnodar Territory), South foothills (Republic of Adygheya). The maximum yielding capacity the studied sunflower hybrids formed in conditions of the Central zone of the Krasnodar Territory.

«On epiphytic lichen biota of ecosystems in mountain-forest zone of the north-west caucasus»
The systematic composition of epiphytic lichen biota of mountain forest belt ecosystems in the Northwest Caucasus has been studied. The taxonomic and ecological analysis of the lichen biota has been carried. The taxonomic list includes 300 species of epiphytic lichens belonging to 93 genera. The life forms and substrate confinement of epiphytic lichens in mountain forest ecosystems in the region have been also identified.

«Noctuids (lepidoptera, noctuidae) plantations of stevia in the central part of krasnodar territory: species composition, parasites complexes and insecticides-free control»
The examination resulted in identification of 8 species of noctuids, Helicoverpa armigera Hbn. and Chloridea peltigera Schiff being pests. Parasites complex was represented by 51 species of Ichneumonidae, Braconidae, Pteromalidae, Encyrtidae, Eulophidae, Trichogrammatidae and Bethylidae. Insecticides-free control of noctuids allowed to avoid insecticides and to get ecologically safe primary drug raw materials retaining its quality and yielding capacity.

In the present work current state assessment of regional populations of this species, which is included in the second editions of the Red Lists of both Krasnodar Territory and Republic of Adygheya, and also the tendency of its development are analyzed on the basis of more than twenty years' researches. Distribution of a species in question in the studied territory including Krasnodar Territory and Republic of Adygheya, and limiting factors which influence the area room of this species directly or indirectly and its number is analyzed. New data on biology and species’ ecology are provided in this paper as well, additional data on phenology of Bombus muscorum and its trophic communications are provided too.

«Apricot tree rational crow formation system development in the conditions of the ararat plain of the republic of armenia»
The impact study of different crown forming systems shows that they have different influence on the growth of elevated part of trees and the yield. The control trees (cup-shaped crown) are taller and have crowns with wider diameter than the experimental ones, which makes works on crops care and harvesting difficult. In experimental variant the increase of trees stem circumference compared with control plants is 13,7% and the total increase of shoots is 12,7%. The yield of experimental variant exceeds the yield of control one by 13,12% or by 17,0 c/hе. Based on the received data we consider that in plain conditions it is reasonable for Nairi to produce a crown of such a shape that corresponds to the trees growth rate most and makes it possible to mechanize labor-intensive processes of care and harvesting.

Effect of extensive use of mineral fertilizers on anion and cation composition of leached chernozem water extract was observed. Positive effect of fertilizers on nitrate, phosphate, calcium and potassium ions content was specified. Excess of maximum permitted level of fluoride- (I class of hazard) and nitrate- (II class of hazard) ions was not observed.

In the study 420 animals, 10 species of Canidae, Mustelidae, Procyonidae, Felidae families were surveyed for helminthes contamination. Fourteen trematodes species were revealed, 12 of which are registered for the first time in the North-West Caucasus. Presence in trophic circuits of fishes and amfibians is a major factor of predatory mammalian trematodes infestation.

«Epizootic situation on dirofilaria in the north-western region of the caucasus»
Twenty one districts and cities of the Krasnodar Territory and Adygheya Republic were subjected to epizootology monitoring. In total 919 corpses of domestic and wild carnivores of 10 species were examined. Dirofilariosis infected were 336 (36 %) 7 species of animals. The most affected with a disease are the districts and towns of the landscape-geographic zone flooded area.

Experiment on the study of colostrum management of different constitutional red steppe breed cows’ types has been conducted in conditions of the Republic of Adygheya. Milk-meat type cows exceed milk type cows’ type in the biological value of colostrum therefore calves of milk-meat cows that received more nutritious colostrum in the first 10 days of life surpassed the calves of milk type cows in economically valuable traits (daily average and relative growth and growth rate).
