Profile and genetic peculiarities of enzymatic activity in the soils (meadow chernozem calcareous soil, ordinary chernozem calca-reous, southern calcareous residual meadow chernozem) of Kabardino-Balkaria steppe zone are revealed. Activity reduction precise pattern in invertase, urease, dehydrogenase and catalase corresponding to changes in humus contents, and soil solution pH by the soils profile is recorded.

«Radionuclides accumulation in agricultural crops depending on their biological peculiarities»
The experiments on the territory of All-Russian Research Institute of Biological Plants Protection in the field has determined that the greatest primary retention rates have leafy crops (lettuce, sorrel, parsley) - from 6.5% to 16.8%. This index is slightly lower with radishes, tomatoes, carrots, fennel, wheat, pepper, eggplant and Bulgarian pepper - from 0.7 to 3.0%. The lowest primary retention rates is noted in cultures that differ by little phytomass (garlic, onion) or hydrophobicity of the leaves (cabbage). Biological characteristics influenced the accumulation of radionuclides in the harvest crops studied. The difference between the extreme values of transfer factors 134Cs in the studied crops was 87.1 times, 238U - 15,4 times.

«Fungicidal activity of bacillus bacteria isolated from the nodules vigna cylindrica»
From the nodules of leguminous plants – Vigna cylindrica, grown on soils of the Astrakhan region, bacteria were isolated and their isolates were obtained. The experiments to determine the fungicidal activity of the test strain showed its ability to inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi genera Fusarium, Alternaria, Phytium. Selected isolates were identified as Bacillus megaterium.

«Influence of irrigation methods with radionuclides containing water on their accumulation in different agricultural plants’ organs»
In field experiments of the All-Russian Research Institute of Biological Plant Protection the difference in the accumulation of ra-dionuclides in agricultural plants is determined depending on irrigation method with radioactive water. As a result of conduction studies, it was determined that the initial retention of radionuclides by above-soil mass of tomato and carrot crops under both crops sprinkler irrigation fluctuated for both crops in separate experiments from 0.4 to 6.8%, and under drip irrigation from 0.1 to 0,8%. Under sprinkling and drip irrigation of tomatoes a gradual decrease in the content of radionuclides in fruit from 1st to the 3rd harvest is observed, except 115mCd and 65Zn (drip irrigation).

«Different silage technologies application to increase safety and nutrition value of corn silage»
In laboratory, semi-industrial and industrial conditions silage was produced from “Krasnodarsky 236 VL” corn hybrid. The crop was harvested at the wax ripeness stage. Leaf and stem mass, crushed ears and crushed and whole corn grain was siloed separately with or without preservatives. Preservative (KNMK 0,5%) application has drastically reduced dry matter losses (from 1,5 to 1,6 %).

Taking into account intensity of ammonium nitrogen secretion by fishes dependence of maximum permissible density on technology factors has been established: water temperatures, average weight of fishes, duration of transportation. «Impulse electric fields influence on «vitamin-6» variety carrots seeds sowing qualities»
The purpose of the presented work is experimental definition of optimum technological modes of pre-seeding processing of «Vi-tamin 6» variety carrots seeds with pulse electric field (PEF) for stimulation of seeds sowing properties. To estimate seeds sowing qualities that were processed before sowing by pulse electric field, we used two methods: classical – definition of energy of germination and germination seeds, and an conductive and metric method based on specific electric conductivity of water extracts from seeds.
