Sorghum is one of the most important cereals, fodder and technical crops ranking fifth in the world sown area after wheat, rice corn and sixth – in gross grain harvest. It is a source of cereal and flower and a valuable fodder for livestock and poultry. The studies on improvement and development of sorghum fodder production were conducted in 2009-2010 on experimental training farm «Kuban», Krasnodar Krai central zone.

«Pelargonium sample varieties and hybrids’ pollen grains cytology analysis »
Forty six pelargonium cultivars and hybrids pollen quantity, size and viability were investigated. The results indicated market dif-ferences among four groups of genotypes by pollen characteristics. Thus, selected genotypes Cherri Baby, Lord Butte, К-158, К-200; hybrid G 3-128, G-3-07-03 can be recommended for future selection work as seed reproduction capable forms.

«Boreal grasses branching-out morphological peculiarities»
In this article the experimental results of bio-morphological peculiarities of boreal grasses branching-out are generalized. The ex-periments had been carried out on the territory of Republic of Mordovia during the vegetation period of 2000-2010 years. The groups of boreal grasses were singled out by location of tillering zone. The character of boreal grasses growing and three forms of boreal grasses tillering were defined as well. The periodicity of leaves growing in tillering zone was investigated. It was established that boreal grasses growth into to the phase of visual tillering was due to buds of different phytomers.

DNA-marker identification of scab resistance gene Vf was carried out for apple cultivars and breeding forms possessing the complex of agronomy valuable traits. Dominant and recessive alleles were determined in 42 and 5 forms respectively.

«Leached chernozem bacterial activity in crop rotation chain grain corn – winter wheat depending on the main soil tillage ways»
The positive high and average correlation dependence of total biomass and active bacterium forms depending from technique of basic soil treatment is determined during long term stationary field experiment. The alternation of plowing and subsurface tillage in crop rotation promotes increase of bacterium amount. Long use of direct sowing leads to depression of microbiological activity of leached black chernozem.

Analysis of general tillering inheritance of rice F3 hybrids on the example of two hybrid combinations Lampo Ѕ Virazh and Lampo Ѕ Komandor is given. The fulfilled study resulted in establishing that smaller values of a sign dominate. Heritability of a sign in a broad sense (H2) in two combinations was average and has made 42-50 % that allows selection of forms with the necessary genotype.

Flora of Psammophyte grass plants of North-Western Caucasus includes 56 speсies belonging to three subfamilies (Festucoideae, Chloridoideae, Panicoideae) and 11 tribes of Poaceae family. Distribution of Psammophyte grass plants in the area has been studied. They are divided into two ecological groups – obligate and facultative – according to their adaptation degree to growth within sand and shell soil environment.

«Features of vegetative regulation in young athletes»
The work studies vegetative regulation of heart rate in 12-14 year-old young athletes engaged in sambo-wrestling. It is noticed that regular muscular trainings cause increase of functionality of heart at rest that proves to be true because of decrease in frequency of systoles. Biochemical researches on electrolytic saliva structure have revealed that by the end of the fourth macrocycle young 12-14 year-old athletes show decrease in functional pressure and formation of a complex of special adaptive reactions for implementation of exercise training with loadings.
