«The effect of chemical seed treatment on depth of crown node of winter barley and winter wheat»
Seeds of 10 varieties of winter barley and winter wheat have been treated with some chemicals: Lamador (Bayer), Maxim extreme, Moddus (Syngenta), Phitolavin, BPK (CubSAU) in maximum recommended doses. It was established, that all of them were very effective for deepening of the crown node on 1.5-2 cm. It facilitates the better over wintering of the tested crops. However, the seed treatment in those doses had a negative effect on seed germination, time of plant emergence and tempo of initial plant growth. Plans are discussed to avoid the negative consequences of the seed treatment. Winter barley, winter wheat, seed treatment, retаrdants, depth of crown node, winter hardiness.

«Frost resistant winter barley evaluation with kuban state agrarian university (kubsau) method»
The article is devoted to the development of frost resistance evaluation method. Customary refrigerators with the installation, invented by the department of electric machines of the University were applied for temperature regulation. High degree of correspondence of indexes of the field estimation in the Krasnodar Research Institute of Agriculture to the data, obtained in artificial conditions at the University (r=+0.99), under manual and automatic temperature regulation (+0.94). An important advantage of KubSAU method is reduction of a frost resistance evaluation cycle to 7 days and nights. This allows doubling the processed material volume in winter period. Applied importance of investigations in physiology, electrical engineering, and selection is demonstrated, Kubagro 1 frost resistant line separation taken as an example. Varieties Maxim and Cupid without rust stains, pulp dimness, low hollowness, with maximum exit of production after clearing of a thin skin, high food value are taken for selection of root celery for technological qualities and food value. High correlation between the dry matter content in root crop and vitamin C (r=0,82), between dry matter content and sugars (r=0,93), between vitamin C content and sugars (r=0,92), between pulp shining degree and production output on skip peeling (r=0,89) is revealed. «Phenomenon of red grain rice forms of white rice study based on molecular-genetic approach»
Red grain phenological copies are the most malicious fields’ pollutants. Gabitus of red grain plants is similar to that of the zoned grades. There is an assumption that phenological copy could arise owing to mutations. It is shown that grades and their phenological copies strongly significantly vary in genetics, so they couldn't result from point mutation. Rice, red grain rice forms, choking field forms of rice, phenological copies, genetic diffe-rently diversity molecular markers, a little measured chain reaction, electric movement.

The results of the study of modern raspberry varieties adapted to low-cost technologies for the cultivation of southern part of Russia are demonstrated. The essence of the developed low-cost technology is forming bushes of raspberries. Due to the elements of adapted technology raspberry yields increase especially of late gestation varieties, and the yield of traditional technology varieties decreases 1,1 times. Researches of character of change of a temperature field and heat-conducting path process are conducted, at freezing of carcasses of a bird by a firm and gaseous dioxide of carbon. Values of density of a thermal stream and heat-conducting path factor are defined at various variants of drawing СО2. It is established that at freezing of a bird in the device working with introduction of a firm dioxide of carbon in an internal cavity of a carcass of a bird, leads to decrease in the expense of a dioxide of carbon and reduction of time of refrigerating processing of a carcass of a bird. The investigation of the change in temperature ¬ tural fields, and the kinetics of heat removal, by freezing poultry carcasses snowlike and gaseous carbon dioxide. Determined by mean-value of the heat flux and heat transfer coefficient at different variants of the application of CO2. Established that during the freezing of poultry in carbon dioxide freezers running with the introduction of snowlike carbon dioxide into the inner cavity of the bird carcass leads to a decrease in consumption of carbon dioxide and may reduce the cooling process poultry carcasses.
