Results of biannual researches on revealing of winter barley frost resistance were shown. Analysis of physiological frost resistance of collection sorts was given. Depth of bedding of bushing out ganglia was studied and deep ganglia patterns were revealed. Selected sources of frost resistance and deep bedding of bushing out ganglia are engaged in hybridization programs. Line Kubagro 1 was got in the result of use of unified nursery. Specific and subspecific content of weed structure of genera Centaurea, Salsola, Vincetoxicum, Echinochloa , Carduus, Cynanchum, Cirsium, Phragmites on the territories of Krasnodar Area and Rostov region were studied. Specific content of fungus phy-topathogens of target weeds was studied too. Obligated and optional phytopathogens which are interesting for researches as po-tential agents of biological control were revealed among identified fungus microflora. «Polymorphism of pyrus caucasica fed. based on fruit characteristics»
The results of the fruit study of 93 shape kinds of Pyrus Caucasica harvested by All-Russia Plant Breeding Institute expeditions in different regions of the Caucasus are presented. Sustainable polymorphism of the species according to fruit size, shape, colour, taste and biochemical composition has been identified. The correlation between qualitative and quantitative indexes of the studied fruit shapes and harvesting location has been established. Pyrus Caucasica (the Caucasian pear), fruit, morphological features, biochemical compo-sition, maturing terms.

As a result of Belgorod State University Botanical Garden trees and bushes pests and diseases study 45 species of 25 families re-lated to 6 groups were revealed, 38 of which were determined up to a species. 7 species of fungi were identified. It is established that Introduced species originated from various botanical-geographical zones are established to be more tolerant to pests in com-parison with local indigenous plants. Plants’ pests and diseases resistance index use necessity in their introduction in different re-gions is pointed out. Introductions, botanical garden, correlative structure, wreckers and illnesses.

Collection of winter barley on main economic signs was studied. Variety patterns on quality concerning to the brewing were se-lected. The analysis of winter barley morphotypes available for high-quality malt was conducted in the conditions of Krasnodar re-gion. Frost-resistant distichous forms in the result of early diagnostics in hybrid populations F2 and F3 were received. The possibility of successful selection of brewing barley in Kuban was shown. Winter barley, brewing qualities, yield, logging resistance, frost-resistance.

Data on cholesterol, glucose, general albumen, albumens and kreatinine amounts variation in the chickens’ blood whey of egg cross-country race of UK Kuban 456, in 12 and 22-day's age under influence of different variants of amino acid disbalance in ration, created by the different deficit level (60% and 25%) of treonine limiting amino acid are presented.
