«Comparative estimation of main and perspective sweet cherry varieties drought resistance»
As a result of comprehensive comparative study of 14 types of cherry they are classified according to the stability level to the drought into 5 groups: 1st group highly stable – 5 types; 2nd group higher than average stability – 4 types; 3rd group of average stability – 3 types; 4th group lower than average stability – 1 type; 5th group of low stability – 1 type. The types proved to be highly stable to the drought are: Swallow, Sorceress, Dark Girl, the Beauty of Steppe, Beyond the River.

«On agro climatic regionalization of fruit crops in krasnodar krai and crimea»
The problems of fruit crops regionalization need new methodical approaches as their adaptability is limited by critical climate manifestation. Probability of unfavorable conditions (frosts) for fruit crops in Krasnodar Krai and Crimea have been analyzed. Nomogrammes have been developed to determine probability of critical minimal winter temperatures. Ecological maps of optimal peach placement depending on winter-spring period conditions are suggested.

«Temperatures influence on terms and quality of sweet cherry buds’ organogenesis in foothill zone of kabardino-balkaria»
The obtained data (2002-2004) demonstrate that organogenesis of sweet cherry varieties in foothill zone of Kabardio-Balkarian Republic starts after sprouts growth completion. These terms depend on the sum of effective positive temperatures 1505.4-2043оС Dry hot weather and lack of soil moisture in the period of flower organs establishing negatively affect the yield quantity and quality.

«Sweet cherry varieties microsporogenesis»
Disperse analysis of microspores parent cells formation as a result of our researches (2003-2005) in the foothill zone of KBR has shown a decisive impact of the year’s environment on this microsporogenesis phase ensue – 72%. Influence of random factors – 22% and those of varietal characteristics were expressed weakly – 6%. We have found that the dates of phases’ onset are closely connected with the flowering beginning. The terms of flowering are more closely correlated with the onset of “parent cells mi-crospore” phase and “reduction division” phase.

«Plastid pigments formation in the leaves of interspecific tomato f1 hybrids »
The analysis of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids content in the leaves of interspecific tomato F1 hybrids was carried out. The characteristics of plastid pigments formation were studied in regard to the stages of ontogenesis. The influence of parent on the change of analyzed characteristics was determined. High adaptive ability of interspecific F1 hybrids, based on the pigments number increase, was detected.

A comparative study of pure bred Holstein and holsteinized black-motley herfers’ growth and development characteristics has been conducted in Krasnodar Krai. Superiority of pure bred Holsteins and holsteinizes heifers over black-motley heifers has been established.

North Caucasus coarse sheep blood immune-genetic parameters studies are presented. Five coarse sheep breeds are evaluated and meat productivity markers are revealed. Genetic distances of karachai, lezgin, andean, tushinskaya, ossetian sheep breeds are cal-culated according to blood group factors and polymorphic systems.

Soil purification methods are considered in the article. Emphasis is made on biological methods, namely on technology of intensified biological reconstruction. A new biological preparation based on glauconite containing substance is used for soil recultivation. Interaction mechanism of chlorine-organic substances and preparation is revealed. As a result a new substance was produced with properties similar to protein-vitamin concentrate.
