«Panagia soumela: a new high quality vintage muscat black berry grape variety with color flesh and juice»
The world assortment of red wine varieties with muscat aroma is not large and do not produce wine with deep red color. Therefore a new grapevine variety «Panagia Soumela» is created and is a result of constructive cooperation of Viticulture and Soil Science Institutes of Athens and Kuban State Agrarian University in 2004 by crossing varieties Krimbas and Alikante Bouchet. The authors are: P. Zamanidis, E. Vavoulidou and L.Troshin. It is introduced into Black Sea Basin variety group (convar pontica. subconvar balcanica Negr). Soumela has 146-155 days vegetation period, hermaphroditic flowers, 2.1-3.0 m shoots, over 90% fructiferous plants, 350 g cluster of middle weight, size and density, blue-black berries, with wax touch. Pulp and juice have intensive color, with high sugar content and Muscat taste, intended for manufacturing high quality dry red wine, dessert and/or juices as well. P.Soumela has great potential for cultivation in dry zones worldwide producing high quality red wines. Compared to other muscatel varieties the new muscatel variety P. Soumela showed higher resistance to cold and drought conditions, raised stability to fungi diseases and it could be placed in the wines class alongside Muscat white and Muscat Rose.

The hierarchy of parameters REG is revealed, allowing system of an estimation of haemodynamic characteristics unification taking into account the individual metabolic status at level of integral organism by drawing up laboratory epicrisis. The distribution time of pulse waves from heart to a brain is primary in this hierarchy.

«Biochemical and technological grain characteristics of current winter soft wheat varieties damaged by turtle bug»
Biochemical changes in protein and carbohydratic complex of grain damaged by turtle bug were studied. These changes result in flour baking quality deterioration. Selection of varieties that have gluten complex genetically hardy to turtle bug may solve the problem of grain quality indexes retention.

This paper presents the study of wild ancestor populations of cultivated grapes Vitis vinifera subsp. silvestris Gmel. in the North Caucasus with nine chloroplast microsatellite markers (cpSSRs). The study shown Four haplotypes were revealed in the course of study, a unique haplotype typical for a population growing in Azerbaijan being among them.

In the study 420 animals, 10 species of Canidae, Mustelidae and Felidae families from different ecological and geographical zones of Krasnodar Krai (2006-2009) were surveyed for helminthes contamination. Fifty one helminthes species were revealed, 23 of which are registered on the territory for the first time.

«Demodicosis healing in dogs»
A complex method of demodicosis healing in dogs has been suggested and patented (Patent N 2320326 of March 27, 2008). This method formed out of specific and non-specific therapy. The method includes subcutaneous Dectomax injection in the doze of 0,5-1,5 ml per 50 kg of live weight once a week within two weeks, external treatment with Mustang-100 aquatic solution, purified sulfur, vitamins, immunomodulators, hepathoprotectors application.
