There was given an assessment of influence of state support level on results of activity of home agricultural producers with the help of a correlative-regressive analysis. It was stated that the state support of plant growing and livestock, expenses on fertilizers on 1 hectare of arable land and expenses on feeds on 1 hectare of agricultural lands significantly influence a growth of profit from agricultural products sale. Data on genetics of a trait effectiveness of mineral nutrition were cited and the high responsiveness of hybrids to high doses of fertilizers was shown. On the leached chernozem of West Ciscaucasia in the three-factor field experiment there have been determined optimal norms of sowing, methods and terms of sowing for accelerated reproduction of winter barley new varieties of different morphotypes. The influence of elements of varietal agrotechnology on the net reproduction and sowing qualities of new varieties of winter barley has been found. Ву the method of RT-PCR there were studied the contents and the stability of mRNA of bienzyme of lysine-ketoglutarate reduc-tase/saccharophine dehydrogenase (LKR-SDH) that is realizing the conversion of free lysine into glutamine ,which are abandoned in proteins of grain wheat. It was shown the sort specificity of mRNA of LKR-SDH stability and influence on it the processing of wheat by synthetic biologically active substance Furolan, which perfects the technological characteristics of grain wheat. Wheat, grains, stability of mRNA, lysine-ketoglutarate reductase/saccharophine dehydrogenase, furolan, quality of gluten.

«Adaptive varieties of sweet sorghum for cultivation in conditions of insufficent humidifications»
Results of selective work on creation of more adaptive varieties of sweet sorghum for drought conditions of Rostov region were cited. For 1999-2008 in the preliminary variety testing there were studied 922 variety samples, the best of them (88) were presented for further study in contest variety testing and two of them were given to the inspectorate of State Commission on agricultural crop testing. «Comparative characteristics of holstein cow growth received from foreign cows»
Growth and development peculiarities of foreign young cows (Germany, Australia) are shown. «Amino acid content of proteins in milk at cows of the type «kubansky»»
Results of researches of milk’s amino acid structure of red steppe, black-motley and Ayrshire cows in comparison with «Kubansky» cows are presented. Dispersive analysis showed that intrapedigree distinctions in containing of definite amino acids are insignificant, whereas interpedigree distinctions in high level are significant.
