«Zscrihv national ampelographic coolection of russia is 15 years»
Problems of creation National ampelographic collections of Russia (under mountains. Anapa in Krasnodar territory) by introduc-tion and concentration of the grapes gene pool collected within 15 years from 30 collections of 14 countries of the world are cov-ered in this article. A gene pool of grape genus Vitis (Tournef.) L. has 4,0 thousand samples that make the ampelographic collec-tion taking the second place in Europe and the fourth - in the world (after France, the USA and India). Brief phenogenetic analy-sis results of this gene pool are given. The best grapes varieties according to complex biological and economic parameters are zoned in the sixth region of Russia transferred for state tests in the North-Caucasian region of Russian Federation and are rec-ommended to scientific institutes for selection. «The influence of grape cuttings processing with heteroauksin solution of different concentration on their regeneration properties»
The researches’ results of studying the influence of Kober 5BB and Moldova variety grape cuttings processing with heteroauksin solutions of various concentrations on their regeneration properties are presented in the article. The best results of root develop-ment of variety Kobe 5 BB are received when soaking basal ends of cuttings within 24 hours in 0,02 %-s' heteroauksin solution, and of Moldova variety - in short-term processing (1,5-2 sec.) with 0,2 % solution. The researches results conducted in AF «Seaside» area Temrjukskogo of Krasnodar territory on non-root processing of grapes variety Bianka with water-soluble fertilizers Speedfol and Terrafleks Final are presented. Is devoted to revealing of the grapes ability to regenerate fruit bearing shoots from replacing buds instead of the lost main buds. It is established that after damage by frosts of the main buds a certain period of time is needed with low plus temperatures not ex-ceeding 8оС for differentiation of rudimentary inflorescences in replacing buds in the spring before blossoming. Technical varie-ties of grapes with high shoot development ability of replacing buds providing full yield on the sites have been revealed. «Epizootological and immunological estimation of fish aeromonosis in the system of eravno-harginsk lakes of the buryatiya republic»
Epizootological estimation of aeromonosis in the system of Eravno-Harginsk lakes (Eravninsky Region of Buryatiya Republic) is given where mass ruin of carp and perch were reported in 2002 (Bolshaya Eravna lake) and in 2007 (Isinga lake). Bacteriological studies were conducted according to «Methodical instructions on laboratory diagnostics of carp aeromonosis» of 23.04.86. Labo-ratory studies have separated Aeromonas hydrophilia anaearogenes subspecies from carps which is pathogenic for European carps (2007). Aeromonas manifestation in the lakes of Eravno-Horginsk system (Bolshaya Eravna, Malaya Eravna, Isinga lakes) has trends to spread over other lakes of Eravna. The fish blood serum was studied to estimate the level of antibodies circulation to aeromonosis pathogen. Aeromonosis, blood serum, bacteria, pathogenity, lakes.
