Results of the researches carried out in working conditions and in the stationary multifactor experiment, the role of a crop rotation and methods of main soil tillage in decreasing of a harmful influence of a wheat trips are shown in this work. «Express method development for gene rc identification (red colouring of pericarp) in rice initial selection material»
Development of DNA marker linked to gene, which required for red pericarp in rice, will allow for preventive mass screening of breeding material in the field, identifying rice with red grains even at the stage of 2-3 leaves, before maturation. The dominant red allele differed from the recessive white allele by a 14-bp deletion. We used nucleotide sequences of red and white rice and constructed four primers. The efficacy of constructed со dominant marker was shown on different cultivars of rice. «Physiological and agrochemical substantiation of manganese fertilizers efficiency in different application methods»
Field and laboratory researches are undertaken to study manganese fertilizers efficiency on rice sowings. Sowing material enrichment with manganese increased seeds germination more than manganese introduction into soil and promoted plants stand density in the seedling period and in the harvesting period as well. The share of plants preserved from germination to full grain maturation increased from 86,5 to 91,0%.
