«New winter barley varieties reaction to sowing norms and time in kuban»
The article presents many years data on sowing norms and time influence on agronomical indexes of new zoned winter barley varieties. Varietal characteristics starting with sowing norm of 3 mln. to 7 mln. are not revealed. For commodity sowings the norm of 4,5 mln. is recommended and for reproduction of new varieties — 1-2 mln. From biological standpoint for Krasnodar Krai zone the optimal sowing time of the studied winter barley varieties is from 1 to 10 of October. From the organizational point it is recommended to start sowing 2-3 days earlier than winter wheat.Winter barley, sowing norm, sowing time, winter hardiness, disease resistance, yielding capacity stability, agronomy.

«The influence of nitrogenous fertilizer incvreasing doses on caryopsis grain filling of new rice varieties»
The relative quantity of chlorophyll in leaves of rice plant is studied with the help of MINOLTA SPAD-502 chlorophyll-meter. It is shown that the main trait of yield structure of new rice varieties (1000 grains weight) depends on the level of nitrogen nutrition. Application of too high rates can cause the substantial decrease of this technological trait.Rice, nitrogenous fertilizer, 1000 grains weight, chlorophyll.
