«Distant cherry hybrids in vitro propagation technology optimization»
Succinic and biosuccinic acids application efficiency is analyzed in cultures in distant cherry hybrids micropropagation. Efficiency was rated based on leaf surface area, shoot length and propagation coefficient. Explants in succinic acid culture possessed poorer characteristics as compared to control. Biosuccinic acid in culture gave the best result for all indexes in the third passage.

Experimental and science literature data analysis shows that magnesium quantity in eucariot cells is directly proportional to ribosome RNA and inversely proportional to RNA stability. The less is the magnesium content in cell the more intensive is the eucariot growth.

«Water regime condition of caucasian pear forms and their resistance to dehydration and high temperatures»
The article presents the results of 25 Caucasian pear forms water regime and heat-resistance studies (P. caucasica Fed.) that were collected by All-Russia Plant Growing Institute expeditions in different regions of Caucasus and Transcaucasia. Considerable species polymorphism has been revealed of the named features. Interconnection between the studied forms leaves water regime and geographical position of the collected data plots. Caucasus pear forms are revealed that combine favourable leaves water regime with high heat resistance.

«Radioactive nuclides migration dependence in fruit coenosis in soil horizon of common leeched chernozem on the depth of their bedding»
On the territory of All-Russia Scientific Research Institute of Biological Plant Protection in the field conditions of fruit orchard the difference in vertical radioactive nuclide (90Sr) in the soil horizon of common leeched chernozem was studied related to the depth of its primary location. 90Sr vertical migration to underlying soil layers from arable horizon is not great. It was only 5 cm for the whole growth and development period of seed orchard. Similar speed of 90Sr vertical migration is noticed his primary layout in soil being at the depth of 50 cm. Radioactive nuclides content in animal organism in surface layout of radioactive nuclide on soil is much higher than when it is at the depth of 59 cm.
