«Genetic control winter wheat resistance to spike fusariae wilt in conditions of krasnodar krai»
Varieties have been revealed out of the world gene pool and native selection with the best donor characteristics to enlarge genetic fundamentals of wilt resistance. It is demonstrated that resistance to spike fusariac wilt may be both dominant and recessive. It is revealed that two or three genes that in the majority of cases interact complementarity control it.

«Biologically active additive extraction technology out of medical leech tissues for medication and cosmetic»
A new technology is suggested for biologically active additive (BAA as a lipid-enzyme complex) extraction out of medical leech tissues using a water- oil emulsion with addition of phospholipids as extractive agent. It is demonstrated that leech BAA keeps protease and hyaluronidase activity for 6 months and increases skin permeability 1,5-2,3 times.

Peculiarities of toxic influence of phosphorus organic and chlorine organic pesticides and heavy metals' salts (Hg,Cd,Cu,Ni) on adult and newborn leech are determined. Based on hypersensitivity of medical leech to pesticides and heavy metals' toxic influence it is recommended to use leech as a biological testing object to identify xenobiotics in water.

The fulfilled researches determined that preventive and therapeutic doses of intepanstock doses administration stimulate termination of gastrointestinal disorders in newborn calves and their general condition Improvement. Intepanstock preventive efficiency under calves' dyspepsia is 100% and that of therapeutic effect is 95-100%. Young stock recovery becomes due on the 2nd- 5th treatment day.

The study of dominant lethal mutations in mice embryonic cells as well as chromosomes' structural injury in the cells of marrow at metaphase in the experiments with laboratory animals shows cancerogeny and mutagenity activity absence in the studied ferro-quin preparation.

The article reports on the investigation results on determination of qualitative trematode contamination of five species of carnivorous animals in 4 ecological and geographical zones biocoenoses of Krasnodar Krai. Trematode ecology is studied in complex. Five new definite hosts are determined for 7 trematodes species for the first time for the North Caucasus. Out of 11 trematode species, 9 species are determined for the first time in the region. Fourteen varieties of two-, three-, four- and five species trematode associations are registered in 4 carnivorous species for the North Caucasus and bordering regions for the first time.
