Influence of sowing norms on winter wheat economic features is considered. Experimental data were obtained in Krasnodar Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture named after P.P.Lukyanenko as a result of four-factors field experiment. In 2003-2005 reaction of 7winter wheat varieties to five sowing norms and three mineral nutrition background was studied grain corn being precursor. Experience factors and their interaction influence on winter wheat 13 economic features formation is demonstrated.

«Winter wheat varietal structure development based on genotype environment interaction evaluation»
New approaches to interaction Genotype x Environment are considered winter wheat taken as an example. Field experiments were conducted in Krasnodar Scientific Research Institute of agriculture named after P.P. Lukyanenko in 2002-2005. Their schemes were developed based on mathematical theory of experiment planning. They include 6 of the most agronomical important factors. Nine soft winter wheat varieties were studied. Varietal structure advantage over monopoly of any other variety is demonstrated.

«New construction synchronic generators’ power indexes determination methods»
According to the suggested method synchronic generators with the power of 2,5kw were investigated. The results of the investigation are presented in graphs; efficiency of the new generator as compared to GAB-2 has increased by 20-27% and that allowed increase power from 2 to 2,5 kw within the same gabarits. Losses of regulating elements of the new scheme are shown for comparison. Voltage regulator (stabilizer) scheme is given.

National and cultural specificity, people’s mentality and separate personality reflection in aphorisms as basic ethnic and cultural consciousness concepts are touched upon as well as problems of authorship and aphorisms transformations. The importance of aphorisms in speech communication, in self expression and in interpersonal relations is reflected.
